Initially, guarantees that everything would go smoothly and without any "surprises" were important to me. I spent a long time choosing a car, waited for about a week until the lot I was interested in appeared. I won the auction but didn't rush to send the remaining amount because the car had been in an accident. I decided to order an inspection, and the company sent an inspector directly to the auction yard to conduct the inspection. Now I understand how right this decision was - even before buying, I already knew the condition of my car, what parts I could buy, and how much the repairs would cost. If critical issues had been discovered that were not mentioned in the lot description, I would have known about them in advance and could have declined the purchase. Delivery took almost a month, and I understand why - the distance is not small, and customs clearance and document processing take time. Nevertheless, I believe that buying a car online from the USA, specifically through this auction, is still very advantageous and convenient.

Merci PLC! La décision la plus sûre était de faire appel à vous pour l’importation. Je suis heureuse que ma première expérience de conduite automobile se soit bien déroulée. Au départ, il était important pour moi d’avoir la garantie que tout se passerait bien et sans surprises. J'ai choisi une voiture pendant longtemps, j'ai attendu environ une semaine jusqu'à ce que le lot apparaisse sur lequel j'ai parié. J'ai remporté l'enchère, mais je n'étais pas pressée d'envoyer le reste du montant, car la voiture avait eu un accident. J'ai décidé de commander une inspection, et l'entreprise a envoyé un inspecteur directement sur le parking de la vente aux enchères pour l’effectuer. Maintenant, je comprends déjà à quel point cette décision était juste : avant même l'achat, je savais déjà dans quel état se trouvait ma voiture, quelles pièces je pouvais acheter et combien coûteraient les réparations. Si des problèmes critiques avaient été découverts, sur lesquels il n'y avait aucune information dans la description du lot, j'en aurais également été informé à l'avance et j’aurais pu refuser l'achat. La livraison a pris presque un mois, je comprends pourquoi - la distance n'est pas petite, et le dédouanement avec la paperasse n'est pas une affaire rapide. Cependant, je crois qu'acheter une voiture aux États-Unis en ligne, notamment via cette vente aux enchères, reste très rentable et pratique.
